Calculating K

Resize the image to the size it appeared on the screen in the study
Do Ohtsu's method for thresholding (from Mathworks example)
Do image closing (also from Mathworks example)
Count all white pixels.
Calculate area of Isolation Field circle based on the critical eccentricity
Divide that area by number of white pixels.
